  • All the serious contenders in the Breeders Cup Classic are descended from Mr. Prospector: Zenyatta, Lookin at Lucky, Quality Road and Blame; as well as First Dude and Haynesfield.

Has anyone picked up on that? And what does that say about the industry’s reliance on an ever shrinking gene pool to produce tomorrow’s GSWs?

  • Thanks for pointing that out Carter, it was easy to overlook amidst all the hoopla.
